NOC Engineer with German

NOC Engineer

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Receiving and resolving complex issues and meeting customer needs

• Working with other people to solve problems and enhance future products

• Using debugging tools and lab simulations to analyze problems and identify solutions

• Keeping up-to-date with new technology products in order to provide support as soon as they are launched in the market

• Pre-selling and up-selling, customer consultation on client products

Requirements and qualifications

• Technology or Engineering degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in a technical support environment

• CCNA certification – an advantage

• Networking experience is a must

• Excellent knowledge of German and English

• Experience configuring routers, switches and other networking devices.

• Demonstrated abilities in the following areas: IP, TCP, DNS, VPN and other protocols
