- Serve as the Functional Solution Architect (FSA) for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain implementations, leading the successful delivery of Supply Chain Management workstreams across complex client engagements.
- Lead solution strategy and advisory activities during the analysis phase of D365 Finance & Operations implementations, helping clients align business objectives with technology solutions.
- Facilitate Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops to understand current-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define future-state solutions.
- Develop key solution deliverables including Business Process Analysis documentation, Solution Blueprint documents, and Fit/Gap assessments.
- Accurately estimate enterprise-scale projects, including required resources, timelines, and skillsets needed for successful delivery.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
- Establish and oversee formal testing and issue-resolution processes, with particular focus on functional architecture and integration points.
- Review and approve functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, deployment plans, and readiness activities to support successful project outcomes.
- Ensure training strategies and materials enable clients to effectively adopt, use, and maintain their solution after deployment.
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for support issues during and after implementation projects, while traveling as client and business needs require.

- 8+ years of combined experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations, application deployments, and architecture for complex enterprise systems.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, including assessments, analysis, business case development, envisioning, planning, deployment, and benefits realization.
- Strong knowledge of ERP concepts including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution.
- Experience translating business and functional requirements into scalable solution architectures.
- Hands-on experience leading multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementations.
- A proven track record of delivering business value through information systems initiatives at the executive level.
- The ability to serve as a trusted advisor and influential voice in key business and technology decisions.
- The ability to operate comfortably between high-level solution architecture and hands-on delivery activities throughout all phases of an implementation project.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is a plus.
