- Lead functional workstreams within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, owning delivery outcomes, solution quality, and alignment with overall project objectives while ensuring consistency with broader solution architecture.
- Facilitate Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops, guide stakeholder discussions, and translate business requirements into structured functional designs and scalable solution approaches.
- Lead Fit/Gap analysis activities, evaluating business needs against system capabilities, recommending solution strategies, and progressing decisions while identifying areas requiring architectural guidance.
- Drive functional design decisions within your assigned domain, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to long-term business and system objectives.
- Configure and oversee configuration of Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and related financial processes.
- Collaborate across workstreams to manage dependencies, align integrations, support data flows, and minimize downstream impacts to the overall solution.
- Contribute to broader solution design discussions by providing expertise on process transformation, data structures, system behavior, and business process optimization.
- Identify and proactively manage risks related to functional design, process alignment, and data integrity, helping maintain project quality and delivery momentum.
- Guide testing and validation activities within your workstream, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and support end-to-end process integrity.
- Support data migration efforts through functional validation, mapping reviews, transformation logic assessment, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Lead client-facing discussions, provide recommendations, facilitate decision-making, and communicate complex concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
- Review deliverables produced by junior consultants, providing coaching, direction, and quality oversight while contributing to estimates, solutioning activities, and broader project success.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in complex implementation environments.
- Deep functional expertise across Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience owning functional workstreams or defined solution areas within D365 F&O implementations, with accountability for successful delivery outcomes.
- Strong understanding of core financial business processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, conducting Fit/Gap analysis, and translating business requirements into structured functional designs.
- Experience supporting configuration strategy, testing, and data migration activities throughout multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience working within Microsoft partner or consulting delivery environments and collaborating across cross-functional project teams.
- Confidence engaging directly with clients, contributing to solution discussions, and guiding stakeholders toward decisions.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, integrations, and Azure-based services.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications preferred.
- Functional experience with the Project Management & Accounting (PMA) module preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
