- Lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations from initiation through deployment, managing all phases of the project lifecycle for small to large-scale engagements.
- Drive project success through effective scope, change, resource, schedule, and cost management while maintaining alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
- Participate in and facilitate design and discovery sessions to gather requirements, understand stakeholder needs, and support solution planning.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
- 8+ years of experience managing large ERP and/or CRM software implementation projects and development teams.
- Previous experience serving as a Lead Consultant or Project Manager on a D365 Finance & Operations implementation.
- Experience working with multiple software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Demonstrated success leading and managing project teams through complex software implementation engagements.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively manage project budgets, resources, and delivery expectations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and business process analysis methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) and/or Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS).
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
