As a Senior Project Manager (Data & AI) you can expect to…
- Lead the successful delivery of Data & AI programs ranging from cloud modernization and analytics initiatives to AI adoption and enterprise data platform implementations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle across small to large engagements, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, change control, and delivery governance.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, RAID logs, sprint plans, status reporting, and delivery tracking mechanisms that provide visibility and accountability across stakeholders.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and design sessions to gather requirements, align stakeholders around business objectives, and establish clear delivery roadmaps.
- Lead executive steering committees and governance forums, translating complex delivery information into actionable insights, decisions, and recommendations.
- Oversee multi-team delivery efforts by managing dependencies across client teams, delivery teams, third-party vendors, Microsoft partners, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and reinforce effective project governance, including roles and responsibilities, communication plans, escalation paths, and ways of working that support delivery success.
- Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies while ensuring timely resolution of issues that could affect scope, timelines, quality, or business outcomes.
- Support customer success by maintaining strong alignment between project execution, stakeholder expectations, adoption objectives, and measurable business value realization.
- Guide release and deployment planning activities, including multi-sprint delivery models, ensuring successful transitions from development through production deployment.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology programs.
- Experience managing data, analytics, cloud, or AI-related delivery projects; consulting experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams that include business stakeholders, project managers, architects, engineers, developers, and technical specialists.
- Strong experience with project delivery methodologies including Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall approaches.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, change requests, and delivery governance.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including experience leading executive steering committees and client-facing engagements.
- Experience establishing project governance frameworks, maintaining delivery documentation, and delivering clear project reporting.
- Working knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and responsible data management practices.
- Experience managing project financials, commercial delivery, forecasting, burn rates, margins, and change orders.
- Proficiency with project and delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- PMP certification is highly desirable; PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus.
