- Experience analyzing workforce data and translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of compensation, promotion, talent review, and performance management processes.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience working collaboratively across business functions and balancing strategic advisory responsibilities with operational execution.
