HTM, the largest independent property management company in Niseko, Hokkaido is seeking a detail-oriented individual with an interest in IT systems to join as our full-time Business Systems Officer. This role focuses on operational and revenue management systems and is ideal for someone aiming to build a career in revenue management or IT systems. This position reports to the Business Systems Manager in our IT department and is based full-time in Niseko, Japan.
Niseko is a thriving international alpine destination, famous worldwide for its snow, food and jet-set clientele.

Our day-to-day operations for each of those businesses relies on several essential software systems. These may be internally developed, provided by third parties, or web-based such as online travel agents. These systems underpin daily operations and power our online bookings. We support hundreds of staff and thousands of bookings every year.
Prior IT or hotel experience is not required; training will be provided. This position offers the chance to develop your career while living in one of the world’s premier ski resort destinations.

Contract Value: ¥3,900,000 to ¥4,700,000
(The above remuneration will be divided by 14 and paid monthly with two annual bonuses.)
