- チェックイン・チェックアウト業務
- 現金・クレジットカードでの入金処理
- 電話、メールでのゲストからのお問い合わせ対応
- 施設のチェックや簡単な管理作業
- 他の部署ととのコミュニケーションを図り、日常業務を円滑に進める
- 各種サービスのコンシェルジュ予約やその他のゲストのリクエストに対応
- お客様の送迎・施設への荷物運び（冬季を含む）
応募資格
- 1年以上のホテル・旅行・観光業あるいは接客業の経験者歓迎
- 仕事に対し、前向きで柔軟に取り組める事
- 普通自動車運転免許
- ニセコ地域の知識尚可
- 母国語レベルの日本語力
- 中級レベル以上の英語力の方歓迎

Job Description
Main responsibilities would include but are not limited to the followings:
- Handling system check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handling cash and credit card and other transactions.
- Assisting with enquires from Guests via phone, email and at Front Desk.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assisting with Concierge bookings of various services and other Guest requests when necessary.
- Assist Tour Desk and Guest Host staff when necessary.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Previous experience and success in the travel or hospitality industry in a service role (preferred).
- Professional, courteous and friendly manner that supports the creation of positive impressions with all Guests.
- Able to work as part of a team in order to effectively share and complete tasks and provide service coverage where required.
- Computer operating skills - Microsoft Office Suite (essential) with hotel PM systems experience (desirable).
- Bilingual Japanese/English at an intermediate level.
- Valid Japanese Driver's licence.
Employment Package Details
Employment Status: Ongoing contract with visa sponsorship available
Contract Value: ¥4,500,000 to ¥5,100,000
(The above remuneration will be divided by 14 and paid monthly with two annual bonuses.)
Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan
Working Hours: average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
