The Role
- Acknowledgement and greeting of each guest
- Anticipation of guest needs
- Table service and order taking
- Maintaining up to date menu knowledge and provide concept explanations to guest
- Communicate with kitchen on guest orders
- Expediting orders to each table
- Bussing & table cleaning
- Keeping aware of any guest allergies or requests
- POS & register use
- Resolve guest complaints with management
- Upkeep of personal hygiene & cleanliness
- Barista coffee preparation and service

- レジ業務
- マネージメントと共にクレームの対応
- 身だしなみの清潔さを常に保つ
- バリスタスタイルのコーヒーの準備とサービス
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Fluent English and intermediate Japanese conversational skills
- Team-worker with ability to work under high pressure business hours
- Experience working as service/hospitality staff
- Punctual and reliable individual
- Professional, courteous and friendly manner
- High levels of attention to detail

Employment Package Details
Employment Period and Status: On-going
雇用形態：正社員
Contract Value: ¥4,500,000 to ¥5,300,000
給与：年俸450～530万円
(上記年棒を14分割し、毎月の給与と年2回の賞与に分けて支給)
Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan
勤務場所：北海道ニセコエリア
Working Hours:
- Average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
- 120 days off per year
- Sick leave: 5 days
- Annual paid leave: 10days (after 6 months of employment)
勤務時間
- 平均40時間/週（8時間 x 5日のシフト、シフト時間は季節によって異なります）
- 年間休日120日
- 傷病休暇5日
- 入社から6ヶ月経過後の年次有給休暇10日
