Job Description
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Handle check ins and check outs.
- Handle cash, credit card and other daily transactions.
- Review folios to make sure the guest account charges are correct.
- Review arrivals for room assignments, and prepare for guest requests.
- Reconcile the daily transactions.
- Roll over the date in Property Management System.
- Prepare necessary daily reports.
- Assist any kind of enquiries from the guests.
- Answer phone calls, in house calls and outside calls.
- Respond to emails.
- Handle emergency situations.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Bilingual (minimum intermediate Japanese and basic English)
- Previous hospitality experience
- Passionate about hospitality and service
- Professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Driving licence holder is a plus.
Employment Package Details
Employment Period: year round
Contract Value: ¥4,400,000 to ¥4,900,000. Plus late night work allowance of 25% between 22:00-05:00.
(The above remuneration will be divided by 14 and paid monthly with two annual bonuses.)
Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan (Skye Niseko)
Working Hours:
- Average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
- 120 days off per year
- Sick leave: 5 days
- Annual paid leave: 10days (after 6 months of employment)

- 現金・クレジットカードでの入金処理
- チェックアウト前のお客様の料金に誤りがないかの確認
- チェックイン前の部屋の割り当て確認やお客様のリクエストの確認、準備
- 管理システムの確認とアップデート
- 日報作成
- お客様からのお問い合わせ対応
- 内線、外線の電話対応
- メール対応
- 日勤スタッフへの引継ぎ
- お客様からの緊急支援要請対応
応募資格
- 簡単な英会話ができる方
- ホテル・旅行・観光業あるいは接客業の経験者歓迎
- 接客業が好きな方
- プロ意識のある方

- 年俸440万〜490万円
(上記年棒を14分割し、毎月の給与と年2回の賞与に分けて支給) - 22時～5時の間は深夜割増手当25％別途支給
