Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a positive first impression.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
Serve food, beverages, and desserts promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout operations.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Process bills and payments accurately while following company procedures.
Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and service standards at all times.
Previous experience as a Guest Service Associate, Waiter, Steward, Server, or in a customer-facing F&B role is required.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, guest-oriented approach.
Professional grooming, positive attitude, and confidence in interacting with guests.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining service standards.
