Job Summary:
Support and accelerate the roll-out of various AI solutions across the business, including implementation and training on existing third-party AI tools and development of customized workflow automation solutions.
What You'll Do:
Partner with teams across Hudson Pacific - including Operations, Investments, Finance & Accounting, Legal, and beyond - to understand day-to-day workflows and identify high-value opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
Design, build, and iterate on custom automation solutions using Claude, Copilot, and other AI tools, translating business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into working solutions.
Test new tools and features of existing AI solutions, conduct research on new and emerging AI solutions, and organize findings into clear recommendations for where they could add value.
Document and train colleagues on the tools and workflows you build, including simple guides and how-to’s to drive adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT/data partners on data access, security, and integration considerations.
Track and report on the impact of automation projects, including time saved and adoption across teams.
Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to advance department goals.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
The specialist will gain invaluable, hands-on experience shaping how a public REIT adopts AI at scale - as well as direct exposure to Hudson Pacific's leadership team.
What You'll Need:
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (or a strong self-directed portfolio of AI projects) in business, real estate, data/computer science, or a related field.
Demonstrable, hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude and/or Microsoft Copilot for real automation tasks - be ready to speak to specific examples of things you've built or automated.
Comfortable learning new AI tools and platforms quickly as needs evolve.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down a manual, repetitive process into clear, automatable steps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to work with non-technical business partners and explain technical concepts simply.

Preferred
Basic understanding of commercial real estate and/or general business concepts.
Major/minor in Business, Real Estate, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Exposure to scripting or light technical skills (e.g., Python, Excel/Power Query, low-code/no-code platforms).
Experience with prompt engineering, custom AI agents/assistants, or building internal tools.
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Yardi, Power BI, or similar)
