Shipping Material Handler

Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking a Shipping Material Handler to help ensure our high-quality ergonomic products are accurately picked, packaged and delivered to customers around the world. What You'll Do

As a Shipping Material Handler, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, package and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain organized inventory records through cycle counts and ERP system transactions.
• Operate forklifts and assist in loading/unloading freight safely.
• Generate shipping labels/documents and verify completeness of orders.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet shipping deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent. 
• Forklift certification (or ability to pass training).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in receiving and inventory control in a warehouse environment.
• Basic math and computer proficiency (Microsoft Apps, ERP systems).
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to successfully complete forklift certification training.
