Your responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling financial forecasts across portfolio companies.
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor financial and operational performance.
- Build financial models and evaluate acquisition and buy-and-build opportunities.
- Prepare investment papers and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Work closely with CFOs and management teams across the portfolio companies to drive strategic initiatives and value creation.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve operational and financial results.
- Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven track record in Private Equity.
- Hands-on experience working with portfolio companies from an investor's perspective, including budgeting, financial performance management and KPI monitoring.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis skills.
- The ability to combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
- Experience engaging with senior management teams and influencing strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Polish is considered an advantage.
- Experience in the retail or consumer sector is highly desirable.
