SPA THERAPIST
Job Summary: The spa attendant is responsible for assisting massage therapists and estheticians, and preparing and cleaning the treatment rooms and tables. Provides spa customers with refreshments, towels, washcloths, and robes.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating knowledge of all Spa service treatments.
- Understanding the basics of the spa menu and products in order to communicate knowledgeable with guests.
- Assisting staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to maintain the facility and prepare for special events.
- Having excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa.
- Executing the standard of the Spa in the set-up of amenities and decor.
- Upkeeping female spa locker rooms and the replenishment of items available to guests utilising the spa locker rooms.
- Educating guests about individual skin care needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years' experience as Sous Chef in an international first-class hotel/resort
- Culinary institution or equivalent technical schooling or apprenticeship training
- Food Handler's Permit.
