Human Touch Home Health is seeking an organized, dependable, and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to join our Beltsville, Maryland office. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who can think quickly, communicate confidently, and keep multiple moving pieces organized without losing sight of the people behind the schedule.
Home health doesn't run without great staffing and great staffing doesn't happen by accident.
If you're the person who can solve a scheduling problem, communicate with caregivers, handle a last-minute change, and still keep your day moving, we want to talk to you.
A staffing coordinator does much more than put names into open shifts.
You're connecting the right caregiver with the right patient.
You're helping make sure patients don't go without care.
You're communicating with employees when schedules change.
You're solving problems before they become bigger problems.
And yes, sometimes you're figuring out Plan B before anyone realizes Plan A changed.
As our Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting our patients, caregivers, clinicians, and office team.
This position requires someone who can communicate, organize, prioritize, and problem-solve.
You should be comfortable when the phone is ringing, an employee has a question, a patient needs coverage, and someone just called out for tomorrow.
Instead of freezing, you're already thinking:
"Okay, what are my options?"
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and understands that behind every open visit is a patient depending on us.
For more than 27 years, Human Touch Home Health has provided skilled and non-skilled home health services throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Our field staff may provide the hands-on care, but our office team keeps everything connected.
As a Staffing Coordinator, your work directly affects whether patients receive the care they need and whether our caregivers have the communication and support they need to succeed.
At Human Touch, you're not simply managing a schedule.
You're helping make care happen.
If you're organized, dependable, comfortable solving problems, and ready for a full-time, in-office opportunity in Beltsville, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and bring your organization, communication skills, and problem-solving energy to Human Touch Home Health.
