Reporting Relationship: Manager, 12 E/W
Hourly Rate: $38.893 - $39.458
Union Group: NOWU
Hours of work: 8 hour evening shift 15:30-23:30 hrs, rotating weekdays and weekends.
Location: Humber River Health – Wilson Site
Responsibilities:
RPN responsibilities for general medicine, geriatric, ALC and palliative inpatients.
Coordination of care within an interprofessional team
Complete electronic Meditech 6.0 documentation system
Participation in unit based projects or hospital committees as required
Mentorship for new hires and pre-grad RPN nursing students
Qualifications:
Excellent attendance and discipline free record required.
