Responsibilities — DSP Delivery Driver
- Safely operate and perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections as part of daily route driver duties.
- Follow all local and state traffic laws, driving regulations, and company safety policies.
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along assigned delivery routes.
- Provide excellent customer service in all package delivery interactions.
- Work in a physically demanding environment across all weather conditions.
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs. and repeatedly enter and exit the delivery van throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams.
- Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, Amazon package scanning, clocking in/out, and communication.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle at the start and end of each route.
- Assist team members through rescue routes when needed, demonstrating teamwork.
- Conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and last mile delivery problem-solving skills.
- Work independently with a positive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Delivery Driver Requirements — No CDL Required
- No CDL required — a valid standard driver's license is all you need.
- Must be at least 21 years old (minimum age per Amazon DSP standards; see Application Question for current policy confirmation).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
- Fluent in English (bilingual/multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply).
- Must complete mandatory Amazon DSP delivery driver training.
- Availability to work weekends and certain holidays required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during an 8–10 hour delivery driver shift.
- Handle stressful driving demands and inclement weather conditions as part of last mile delivery.
- Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, and kneel throughout the work shift.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior delivery driver or route driver experience preferred but not required.
