Are you passionate about cars and enjoy helping people? Hunter Automotive Group is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and be the connection between our customers and our service department.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs, work closely with our technicians, and make sure every customer receives clear communication and an exceptional experience.

Automotive experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help people.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience

• Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs.
• Explain recommended repairs and services clearly and professionally.
• Provide estimates and communicate changes in service needs, costs, or timelines.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Service Coordination

• Schedule and manage service appointments.
• Work closely with technicians to understand vehicle concerns and recommended repairs.
• Translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand solutions for customers.
• Manage multiple repair orders while helping maintain an efficient service workflow.
• Ensure customer and repair order information is accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive.
• Previous Service Advisor experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a simple and professional way.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair is helpful.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
