POSITION AT A GLANCE

Location: Butler, PA Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Address: 174 Oneida Valley Road, Butler, PA 16001

Sign-On Bonus: Earn up to $5,000 for Collision Experience!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Body Shop Technician, your role is to restore heavy-duty trucks by repairing damaged body parts and performing collision repairs. You will: 

➤ Repair damaged body parts and vehicle bodies according to factory and dealership standards
➤ Prepare vehicles for body repair work and ensure parts match estimates
➤ Notify management of additional repairs, challenges, or delays that may impact quality or schedule
➤ Maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment
➤ Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment, including respirator, as recommended
➤ Comply with all laws and regulations regarding paint, thinners, and hazardous materials
➤ Cooperate with team members and assist in prepping and repairing vehicles
➤ Keep work area clean and organized while adhering to all health and safety policies

WHAT YOU BRING

◆ Education & Experience: 4+ years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination)

◆ Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required; must meet company insurability standards.

◆ Additional Training (Preferred):  Aluminum Repair; Replacement and Welding   Electronics for Collision Repair   Glass Replacement; Plastic Repair   Steering and Suspension; Understanding Collision Repair   Workplace Hazardous Materials; Manufacturer Training

    Frame and Alignment Equipment Experience

◆ Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly stand, walk; use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally lift/move more than 100 pounds.
