ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Plant Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Compile all data needed for the Flash report and publish to company.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and compile data for production reports.
- Monitor and order office supplies and production materials as needed.
- Support the Plant Manager in planning and executing production-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the production area.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions for production staff.
- Enter sort and rework hours into labor efficiency reporting needed for corporate measurable.
- Create reports on demand for quality and manufacturing productivity tracking.
- Perform OEE, FTT, and dock-to-dock reporting.
- Print and Distribute Equalization sheets and collect old Equalization sheets.
- Collect and post overtime sign-up sheets and get signature from Union President and Plant Manager.
- Support overtime meeting and distribute approved overtime schedules to all production areas.
- Assist HR Department with training and staffing needs as required.
- Provide support to other Directors as needed (Quality, In Knowledge and practice of Hutchinson’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
- Industrial and Supply Chain).
- Function as backup for MRO purchasing reconciliation duties.
