General Purpose
Drive direct sales and technical support across the Bangalore region, focusing on refineries and heavy industry customers. Own customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver engineered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer relationships across refineries and industrial accounts in Bangalore (Karnataka and Kerala regions)
- Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and on-site presentations
- Provide pre-sales consultation and recommend appropriate torque solutions
- Support quoting, pricing discussions, and closing deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, order processing, and delivery
- Travel regularly within assigned territory
- Track activity pipeline and report on sales progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in industrial sales / technical sales
- Exposure to oil & gas, refineries, power, or heavy industry strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently in a regional territory
