IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for Systems Administrator Engineer – Cloud & Automation from our Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Kansas City, Missouri; Rolling Meadows, Illinois; Naperville, Illinois; Scottsdale, Arizona; Raleigh, North Carolina; Jersey City, New Jersey; Newark, New Jersey; Norristown Pennsylvania; Plano, Texas; Alpharetta, Georgia; or Sarasota, Florida location.
This role focuses on identifying day-to-day operational tasks across infrastructure and Microsoft 365, then designing automation that removes the need to do them twice. You’ll pair that automation mindset with strong Azure and cloud engineering fundamentals, helping modernize how we build, manage, and scale our environment. Whether your strength leans more toward automation or cloud architecture, you’ll play a key role in reducing manual effort, improving reliability, and making our systems more efficient by design.
This role works a hybrid schedule that requires working from the IAT office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely.

Compensation:
Please note, that the annual gross salary range associated with this posting is $63,270 – $137,880. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographical location related to this specific role. The total compensation will include a base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, 401(K) match, profit-sharing opportunities, and more.
