FP&A Controller (m/f/d) - Risk Management Focus

As an FP&A Controller you ensure that risk assessment is reflected in all financial reporting and planning processes and presented regularly and transparently to the Management. You build and maintain sensitivity models and develop various scenarios in the financial planning processes. You create risk dashboards and early warning indicators across all management reporting.

• Build and implement a risk management framework across the full value chain and integrate it into all financial planning processes
• Build and maintain regular risk reporting to CFO and senior leadership, translating complex project and market risks into clear, actionable insights
• Maintain long-term financial models incl. sensitivity analysis and scenarios with embedded risk assessment ( incl. power price exposure, cost inflation and supply chain volatility, interest rate and financing risks, etc.)
• Build risk dashboards and early warning indicators across project portfolio, improving forecast accuracy and reducing negative earnings surprises
• Introduce portfolio-level risk view, linking individual project risks to overall Group performance and liquidity planning
• Participate in the annual budget and the quarterly forecasting processes on Group level and in the development of the new financial planning tool
• Prepare budget, forecast presentations and ad-hoc analyses for Top Management and the Shareholders

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Controlling or Finance
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Group or Corporate Controlling, in particular FP&A and/or Risk Management in multinational companies, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Experience in the use of risk evaluation methodologies would be highly desired
• Strong technical skills in MS Office, in particular Excel incl. add-ins and PowerPoint
• Understanding of integrated ERP systems, e.g. Navision Dynamics/Business Central or SAP
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g. Lucanet) and financial planning/modelling tools
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal; German skills are advantageous
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• Change management skills would be an advantage
