About the Role
iCapital is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take hands-on ownership of the Salesforce estate, spanning multiple organizations supporting the Distribution, Enterprise, Structured Investments, and Data Solutions teams. Working alongside a close-knit team to drive platform stability, data quality, and commercial capability, this is a role for someone comfortable walking into complexity, assessing it clearly, and building solutions that last.

The base salary range for this role is CAD 95,000 to CAD 110,000. iCapital offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a competitive total compensation package consisting of salary, bonus, and equity for all full-time employees. We offer unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) and most employees the flexibility to work in the office three to four days and remotely for the remainder of the week.
