Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic passionate about precision, technical problem-solving, and delivering top-quality HVAC solutions. If you enjoy working on complex systems and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components
- Braze piping and install refrigeration parts with precision
- Read wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and compressor documentation
- Perform QC checks before units move to testing
- Support testing, start-up, and commissioning of ICE equipment
- Participate in equipment design, R&D, and continuous improvement projects
- Assist with equipment installation and field start-up when required
- Troubleshoot issues early to prevent breakdowns
- Provide technical training and guidance to team members when needed
- Take on leadership responsibilities on projects and help support other trades
- Travel occasionally for testing, installation, commissioning, or warranty work
What You Bring
- Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and work with electrical/A/C systems
- Experience with HVAC/refrigeration testing, design, or installation is an asset
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Willingness to work overtime or travel when needed
- Electrical or automation experience is an asset
