Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned.

• Operate hand and power tools and materials
• Make minor setups of equipment in assigned area
• Review production data to identify potential areas of non-conformance
• May perform tests or quality checks on assembled units
• Interpret drawings and identify needed modification and improvements
• Work with direct supervision
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience .
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

For candidates in California: The pay range for this position is $25.91 - $44.04 per hour. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
