Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Managers.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling and/or formulating strategies for market customer relationship management, loyalty management, direct marketing and digital marketing solutions for brands and retailers. While experience is important, the qualities that we believe are more important to us and can compensate for lack of your experience are: confidence, great communication skills, understanding of social and mobile marketing and most importantly a go-getter attitude.

Apart from competitive compensation, we believe we can offer the following:

1. An intense, collegial and zero politics work environment where one will get a chance to understand and work with the latest technologies, on some of the coolest products and have lots of fun.

2. An opportunity to re-define and revolutionize how retailers and brands interact with consumers.

3. Most importantly, joining us now will provide you an opportunity to be amongst the first few employees of the company. In our view the rewards of working at Ideafarms significantly outweigh the risks. If we succeed in making this company big (which the founding team has no doubts about), early employees of the company will be entitled to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.

4. Rapid career progression depending on your performance and the growth of our company.

Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing)
