We are seeking a New Business Sales Manager to join our ANZ team, focusing on the Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, and Government sectors. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and helping organisations realise value through Ideagen’s SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Identify and engage prospective customers across Education, Healthcare, Aged Care, and Government sectors
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and close
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer information within CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful customer acquisition and onboarding
• Monitor market trends and provide customer and industry insights.
