We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer projects from initiation through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget

As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing project activities while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. You'll work across multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities, managing risks and ensuring delivery expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, execution and delivery outcomes
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Act as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders
• Manage change control in line with agreed governance frameworks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve successful project delivery
• Ensure clear, consistent and professional project communication

Skills and Experience

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects within a SaaS, software or professional services environment
• Strong planning, risk management and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage projects within agreed budgets and scope
• Experience working directly with customers and internal delivery teams
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as waterfall or hybrid approaches
• Project management certification is beneficial but not essential
