We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - Serrano 99. 

Responsibilities

Your role as an Admissions Advisor will involve:

• • Drive enrolment for IE Lifelong Learning programs, contributing directly to commercial and revenue objectives.
  • Guide prospective participants through the entire admissions and enrollment journey, from first contact to final registration.
  • Understand candidates' professional goals and recommend the most suitable executive education programs.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of leads through phone calls, virtual meetings, email communication, and follow-up activities.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective participants and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless participant journey.
  • Monitor performance against enrolment targets and proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, admissions, customer success, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in helping professionals identify the right learning solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms is highly valued.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Valid work permit for Spain.
