This Requisition is for openings on 2nd Shift (M through F 2pm to 11pm). 3rd Shift (Starting Sunday night, 9pm through 6:30am), and Weekend Shift (Four 10-hour shifts, Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon).
The Maintenance Technician II performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies. Develops, maintains, and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required. Assists Maintenance Lead in developing methods and procedures to improve facility efficiency and workflow. Oversee and review the work of lower-level technicians.
