Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge in Splunk Architecture; Expertise in Enterprise Security for Splunk highly desirable
- 10 + years of experience in information system architecture methodologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex solutions
- Solid experience working with Windows Servers & Desktops, Linux/Unix, and databases
- Collect data from forwarders and send to multiple indexes
- Configure and confirm index-time knowledge
- Create search time field extractions
- Create searches and dashboards for each required use case
- Install a search head, deployment server and indexers
- Perform a scripted installation of universal forwarders
- Configuration, Collection, and Comprehension
- Deploy all specified configurations via deployment server

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
- An extensive knowledge of application or infrastructure systems architecture, usually having experience with multiple system technologies.
- Good command on consultative and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with partners and IT management and staff.
- Strong project management skills and a strong analytical ability.
- Knowledge of multiple application or system programming languages.
