SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST (F/M/D)

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Polska team where you’ll be responsible for strengthening the sales team with your knowledge and experience and take over some of the day-to-day responsibilities. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

• Working with the sales department to achieve sales targets
• Analyzing of sales data and preparing of reports
• Monitoring the effectiveness of sales activities
• Entering and updating data in systems
• Taking care of customer switching process
• Keeping sales records
• Coordinating communication between customers and other company departments
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Preparing of informational materials for customers

• University degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in sales or analytical position in a trading company
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quality and timeliness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel)
