We are seeking to recruit a UI Designer to join our dynamic team responsible for the design and user experience of our websites and applications.
As a UI Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually refined, intuitive, and scalable interfaces that enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with Product Owners, Software Developers, and other stakeholders to take designs from concept through implementation within a SCRUM environment.
Your Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI design.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, prototyping, and complex design systems.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, and UI animations to communicate behaviour and enhance the user experience.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between design systems and frontend implementation, with the ability to collaborate closely with developers throughout the build process.
- Able to take ownership of the Define phase of the design process, including collecting and organising user feedback for further analysis.
- Proactive and able to take ownership of design problems from initial exploration through to delivery.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly communicate and present design decisions.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is considered an asset.
- Previous experience conducting or supporting user testing is considered an asset.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted design and development workflows is a plus. This includes using tools such as Claude to prototype and build UI components, and working with Storybook to review, validate, and refine implemented components.
