Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Operate DP Polishing and Conventional Polishing machines according to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Perform machine setup, loading/unloading of materials, and basic machine adjustments as required.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Use precision measuring tools such as Digimatic calipers, micrometers, and other inspection instruments.
Identify and segregate defective products and report quality issues or machine abnormalities to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Follow established quality, safety, and 5S procedures.
Meet required production targets while maintaining product quality.
Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Education & Experience
- Vocational/Technical graduate, preferably with technical knowledge in Machining, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Knowledge of basic machining principles and precision measurement.
- With experience in manufacturing, machine operation, and/or quality inspection is preferred.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as Digimatic caliper and micrometer is an advantage.
- Male applicants preferred/required if supported by the position's physical or operational requirements.
