Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining SPC systems for module testers and monitoring process performance.
- Generate and maintain DV and Master modules for SPC activities.
- Maintain ATC software and SPC webpage, including data processing and monitoring.
- Analyze testing failures, process deviations, defects, and yield losses.
- Develop and maintain SPC tools using JMP, Minitab, Python, and Excel.
- Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain SPC procedures, control plans, work instructions, and audit documentation.
- Support NPI activities, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper tester setup, maintenance, controls, and data integrity.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in SPC, manufacturing, test engineering, quality, or data analysis.
- Experience with JMP, Minitab, Python, or Excel is preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SPC, statistical analysis, process control, and data management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
