    About the role

We are looking for a Working Student / Student Assistant / Intern (m/v/x) based in our Paris office to support two strategic workstreams within IMCD’s international Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) Business Group:
Strengthening the visibility and commercial usability of sustainability-related portfolio information.
Accelerating the digital transformation of product and marketing content.
This role combines analytical portfolio work, primarily from a sustainability perspective, with hands-on digital content management.
You will help transform product information into structured, connected and accessible knowledge that supports Sales teams across countries and enables them to identify, understand and promote the right ingredients to customers more effectively.

    Tasks and responsibilities

Sustainability portfolio identification & commercial enablement
    - Review and map the Beauty & Personal Care portfolio to identify ingredients that meet defined sustainability-related criteria, based on documented evidence, relevant international BPC standards, certifications and industry definitions, in alignment with the IMCD Sustainable Solutions Framework.
    - Collect, review and structure relevant supplier and internal information to ensure that sustainability-related attributes are supported by clear, reliable evidence and can be consistently understood across the organization.
    - Help create clear and practical portfolio views and reference materials that enable Sales teams to identify ingredients with relevant sustainability attributes and quickly access the supporting information needed for customer discussions.
    - Support consistency of the approach across countries and contribute to portfolio analyses, dashboards and internal reporting, where relevant, in collaboration with the BPC Global Data Management Specialist.
Digital content migration & sales enablement
    - Support the structured migration of marketing and product documentation for the Beauty & Personal Care portfolio into IMCD’s global digital sales enablement platform.
    - Review, organize and quality-check documents before migration, ensuring that relevant content is accurate, well-structured and easy for commercial teams to find and use.
    - Help connect product pages with relevant marketing assets and related content to enrich the digital platform and contribute to a single, connected source of product knowledge for international Sales teams.
    - Contribute directly to IMCD’s digital transformation by helping build a more scalable, consistent and user-friendly content environment, improving access to reliable product information and reducing the time spent searching across multiple sources

    Qualifications

    - You are currently pursuing a degree in a field with a strong sustainability focus, such as Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline.
You have a strong interest in sustainability, Beauty & Personal Care ingredients, data and information management, and digital tools, combined with an analytical and structured working style and a high level of attention to detail.
    - You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and are comfortable using it to organize, review and analyze product information.
    - You are comfortable working in a digital environment and confident in learning and navigating new digital tools and systems.
    - You are proactive, able to work independently and comfortable collaborating with commercial, marketing, technical and sustainability colleagues in an international environment.
    - You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

    Why join IMCD

    - Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sustainability, digital transformation, product information and commercial enablement within the international Beauty & Personal Care industry.
    - Work on projects with visible impact by helping Sales teams worldwide access the right information faster, better understand the portfolio and make sustainability-related product information more commercially relevant and accessible.
    - Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Technical, Sustainability and Digital functions and contribute to the continued implementation of IMCD’s Sustainable Solutions Program and digital sales capabilities.

    What we offer

    - A full-time Working Student / Intern opportunity, based on a 35-hour working week, in an international and collaborative working environment with direct communication lines.
    - A role based in our Paris office, where our Global BPC Sustainability Project Leader, Global Marketing Director and Global Data Management Specialist are based, with an expected start date in Q4 2026.
    - The role reports directly to the Global BPC Marketing Director, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Global Sustainability Project Leader.
    - Ready to make an impact?
Apply now and help us take IMCD’s Beauty & Personal Care business to the next level.
We are committed to diversity and inclusion across our organization. Everyone is welcome to apply, regardless of background, gender, age or other characteristics.
