Corporate Insurance Manager

To help protect what enables our innovation, we are looking for a Corporate Insurance Manager.
In this role, you will take ownership of imec's global insurance portfolio and help shape a future-proof insurance strategy that evolves alongside our activities, risk profile and international growth.

What you will do

You will be the central point of contact for corporate insurance across the imec group, working closely with internal stakeholders, brokers and insurers.
Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining imec's insurance strategy and governance framework.
• Identifying and assessing insurable risks related to property, liability, cyber, construction, transport, travel and other corporate risk domains.
• Managing the corporate insurance portfolio and coordinating policy renewals.
• Advising business teams on insurance aspects of contracts, partnerships, projects and new activities.
• Coordinating insurance claims and ensuring lessons learned are translated into preventive actions.
• Monitoring insurance budgets, claims trends and market developments.
• Providing management with clear reporting and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

What we are looking for

• At least 10 years of experience in corporate insurance, brokerage, claims management or a similar environment.
• Solid knowledge of corporate insurance programs.
• A strong networker who can connect people, build relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience in an international manufacturing, industrial, construction or technology environment is a strong asset.
• A hands-on professional who combines strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
