Role Overview

The Internal Sales Representative supports revenue generation by managing quotations, order management, and day‑to‑day customer interactions. Acting as a key link between customers, external sales teams, and operations, the role ensures efficient delivery of commercial and technical solutions while maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing customer orders and quotations in an accurate and timely manner

· Establish and maintain sales relationships with customers and external key contacts

· Maintain accurate CRM data and follow a disciplined sales process

· Provide technical support to customers and external sales team

· Resolution of customer complaints or enquiries and consistently improving service levels

· Confidence in managing customer conversations

· Discipline in planning, follow through and CRM usage

· Resilience, self-management and commercial awareness

· Comfort with outbound calling

· Responsible for developing a close working relationship with key individuals across the customer base to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
