Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes following our recipes and portion sizes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook food according to menu specifications.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure food is cooked in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position with wages DOE.
