Support sales advisory governance, conduct and culture initiatives, and regulatory reporting activities, including ICCSC-related reporting.
Partner closely with Sales Excellence Assurance, Compliance, and frontline stakeholders to strengthen oversight of sales advisory practices.
Ensure timely, accurate, and effective reporting to meet regulatory and internal governance requirements.
Analyze data and prepare insights to support regulatory reporting, governance forums, and senior management updates.
Contribute to governance discussions and stakeholder engagements to enhance risk awareness and sales conduct standards.
Support continuous improvement efforts relating to sales conduct oversight, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of prior exposure to governance, compliance, risk management, audit, controls, regulatory reporting, or insurance sales governance through studies, internships, or work experience would be advantageous, but not required.
Candidates with a strong interest in insurance sales governance, regulatory requirements, and driving positive customer outcomes are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and prepare meaningful reports and insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation or dashboarding tools would be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements with appropriate guidance.
