Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of combined technical and functional experience in delivering and implementing enterprise solutions, particularly within Finance.
At least 8 years of experience leading high-performing teams.
Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and a proven ability to fulfil commitments.
Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, with proven experience integrating enterprise platforms, including SAP, with internal and commercial off-the-shelf systems.
Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, tools, and templates, with proven experience applying them across the delivery lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and align diverse interests.
Knowledge of the insurance industry and experience with Oracle Hyperion, SAP FPSL, SAP PaPM, SAP BW, or SAP BASIS would be advantageous.
