- Source and engage talent for the India, UK, US, and Germany using modern sourcing approaches
- Build and maintain pipelines across multiple skill areas
- Identify candidates through market mapping, AI tools, and automated sourcing workflows
- Conduct initial screening
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to align sourcing priorities
- Support improvements to sourcing tools, processes, and workflows Requirements
- Experience sourcing talent in at least two regions among UK, US, and Europe
- Ability to manage international pipelines and adapt to regional expectations
- Experience using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing methodologies
- Experience sourcing IT profiles
