This team plans and prioritizes work based on business and customer impact rather than roadmap completion alone. Engineers take a customer-first approach, conducting deep dives into individual job seeker–job matching outcomes to better understand customer needs, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into product and technical plans.
In this role, you will combine software engineering with experimentation, impact measurement, and data analysis. You will define success metrics, evaluate the outcomes of product and system changes, and use both quantitative and qualitative evidence to guide iteration.

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
