Job description

Design, Configure and Implement VoIP Telecommunications Systems and Solutions.
Perform moves, adds and changes to VoIP Systems.
Troubleshoot, maintain and repair systems according to manufacturer specifications.
Achieve and maintain current levels of software certifications.
Work with end users to train, provide technical support and ensure complete satisfaction.

Associate Degree or Comparable Certification.
3+ years demonstrated experience in LAN design and implementation.
Extensive knowledge and experience with QoS, VLAN, SIP, T1, PRI and MPLS Technologies.
Extensive knowledge and experience with network engineering / IT management / telecommunications.
Extensive knowledge and experience with router and network switch programming and troubleshooting.
