Description INDEVCO North America (INA) is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Doswell, VA. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to produce quality products according to production specifications.
- Set up, adjust, and control machine settings, such as temperatures, speeds, and thickness, to achieve desired product characteristics.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process, making necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections and measurements of finished products to ensure they meet customer and company specifications.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues related to product defects or deviations from quality standards.
