Human Resources Coordinator

As our Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll join a collaborative Human Resources & Culture team where most of your role will be dedicated to Total Rewards, giving you hands-on experience across some of the most important moments in the employee lifecycle. You’ll support FMLA administration, payroll and benefits processes, employee offboarding, and other Total Rewards operations, while developing deeper knowledge of areas such leave administration, payroll practices, and benefits. With strong cross-training and an experienced team around you, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your capabilities and take on greater ownership within Total Rewards over time. We’re looking for someone who brings exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion with highly confidential information, and a genuine interest in building their HR expertise.

This is also a role for someone who genuinely enjoys being the person who keeps things moving. In addition to Total Rewards responsibilities, the Coordinator provides executive administrative support to our Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Culture, including thoughtful calendar management, proactive meeting scheduling, itineraries, expense processing, and anticipating administrative needs. They will also support the broader HR&C team with team meetings and events, invoices and expenses, and the many operational details that allow a high-performing HR function to run smoothly. The work will ebb and flow between Total Rewards, executive support, and broader team needs, so success requires someone who can shift priorities comfortably, stay several steps ahead, communicate clearly, and recognize what needs attention without always waiting to be asked.

Just as importantly, this person will be a highly visible and trusted member of HR&C. Physically located at the front of the HR suite, the Coordinator is often a first point of contact for employees. This means welcoming people, answering questions, thoughtfully triaging needs, and connecting colleagues with the right resources. Knowledge and Skills:

· Proficient in basic Microsoft Office suite, enhanced ability to utilize Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality

· Ability to work on a variety of human resources projects in a fast-paced environment

· Basic math skills

· Strong time management skills

· Strong attention to detail

Education and Experience:

· Associate’s degree is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred

· Two years of administrative support or work experience in an office environment required

· Experience in human resources preferred

· Combinations of related education and experience will be considered
