Intern

Colina Property and Casualty Holdings Ltd. is a leading property and casualty insurance group in the Northern Caribbean.  We are a digital first group focused on how insurance is bought and serviced using rules-based software, AI, and data capture. The internship program is designed to inspire candidates to achieve their career objectives, whether in the insurance industry or otherwise. To be considered for an internship, candidates must be final-year students in high school or enrolled in a tertiary institution. The intern must approach each task as a ladder to higher learning and skills development.

Responsibilities

• Processing of records
• Scanning documents into related folders
• Participate in trainings
• Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Applicants should be:

• A final-year student in high school
• Attending a tertiary institution part-time or full-time.
• Demonstrable innovative and leadership qualities 
• An appreciation for new technology and how it can elevate business processes and performance
• An insatiable appetite for improvement and growth
• An entrepreneurial approach to work and business

• Developing proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills. 
• High integrity and non-compromising ethical standards.
