As a Cluster Representative, you will take full ownership of end-to-end regional strategy execution—from launching new cities and tariffs to optimizing driver ecosystems and navigating local regulatory landscapes. In this role, you will bridge global/regional strategy with local execution, serving as the voice of your markets to shape commercial performance and key stakeholder relationships.
- Regional Strategy & Growth Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of regional strategies. Drive critical growth projects—including new city rollouts and tariff launches—coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
- Performance & Business Analytics: Continuously track and analyze local top-line performance metrics (Rides, GMV, Revenue). Identify trends, flag issues early, and propose swift corrective action plans.
- Marketplace & Supply Optimization: Collaborate directly with Marketing and Marketplace Efficiency teams to adapt driver acquisition and retention initiatives to local realities. Propose strategic pricing, surge, and incentive opportunities.
- Public Affairs & Regulatory Risk Management: Support Public Affairs & Government Relations on regulatory topics affecting your markets. Proactively identify legislative risks and accompany leadership in government and industry meetings to provide on-the-ground business context.
- Local Partnerships & Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop new local partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial terms within established frameworks.
- Competitive Intelligence: Gather on-the-ground market insights and translate competitive intelligence into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
- Proven Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, tech operations, mobility/ride-hailing, or general management, leading multi-project portfolios.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to analyze performance data (GMV, conversion rates, supply dynamics) and turn insights into high-impact operational decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: A track record of driving cross-team alignment across Marketing, Policy, and Marketplace Operations.
- Stakeholder & Regulatory Savvy: Comfortable representing the company in external policy meetings, partner negotiations, and executive discussions.
- Execution & Agility: Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
